Description:
We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our tech team a pivotal part of the foundation of Solace's tech department. You will contribute to the core development of the Solace platform while also working closely with the CTO to shape the department. You will work closely with the product and leadership team to build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our users.
This is a pivotal role where your contributions will directly shape our product's success and impact. You will join a well-funded startup with high ambitions, get a lot of responsibility, and be able to make your own decisions. As a member of the technical staff at Solace, you will work throughout the stack, while this role would have focus on frontend we will shape the role to fit your expertise and development goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the frontend of the Solace platform using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with the design team to implement user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Contribute to product planning and provide input on user experience improvements.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application.
Support the rest of Solace tech team in various of technical tasks.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Educational Requirements:
3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on frontend technologies.
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
Experience with UI/UX principles and a keen eye for design.
Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Passion for building user-centric, AI-driven solutions.
Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
